Curtis Linklater was arrested without incident on July 8th, 2010.
_______________________________________________________________ Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest of Curtis Linklater, age 20.
Cutris Linklater is wanted by the Greater Sudbury Police Service. On July 4th, shortly after midnight, police were called to an apartment on Copper St. in Sudbury. After investigation it was learned that the wanted party sexually assaulted a 44 year old woman in the bedroom of her residence. It would appear that the wanted party has been invited into the home earlier in the evening. There were other people present in the apartment during this time.
The victim fought back and injured the wanted party. Police were then called to the scene. During initial stages of investigation, the wanted party was taken to hospital where he refused medical care and left before police had learned the offences he had committed.
A warrant has been issued for Sexual Assault, Assault and Breach of Probation.
