Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers in partnership with KICX 91.7 held a Night at the Races fundraiser at Sudbury Downs on Saturday October 8th, 2011.

The "Race Against Crime" Night at the Races showcased 10 sponsored races featuring local businesses and organizations.  

Two sponsorship opportunities were available:

Race Sponsorship Only ($500)
* Race named after sponsor with logo featured in Sudbury Downs Program
* Trophy Blanket with your logo in full colour displayed at event and
  then awarded to winning horse (may be used at other races)
* Race sponsor announced prior to designated race
* Recognition in Sudbury Downs Program
* Featured on signage at each table
* Option to provide promotional item to be given to one lucky guest
  as a prize prior to your specified race
* Photo of winning horse with the Trophy Blanket with your logo
* Logo featured on www.sudburycrimestoppers.com for one year linked
  to your website (please email your logo in an .jpg and .eps format
  to sudburycrimestoppers@vianet.ca)
* Featured in Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers’ newsletter distributed
  to local businesses and individuals.

 
Race Sponsorship Package ($650)
In addition to the above recognition:
* 4 tickets to the event
* Opportunity to have picture taken with winning horse, driver and
  owner (with the Trophy Blanket featuring your logo)

Ticket holders enjoyed a Prime Rib buffet in the Mardi Gras Dining Lounge, free Program, an optional gaming package* and have a chance to go home with a prize.
