It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Anthony (Tony) Plexman, a retired Police Officer from the Greater Sudbury Police Service who passed away on February 1st, 2008.

Tony was the officer who brought Crime Stoppers to Sudbury.  He met with business leaders and gained their commitment in 1986 and was the Police Coordinator when the first Board meeting was held in February of 1987.

Tony is missed by all who knew him and will always be remembered for his contribution to Crime Stoppers in Sudbury and in Ontario.
