On the 15th of November, 2022, Chelsea OSAWAMICK attended a retailer in the New Sudbury Centre and took merchandise.  When confronted by an employee and then by security, OSAWAMICK did assault the employee and did resist arrest, she was then approached a second time where she assaulted security personnel.  OSAWAMICK did threaten the security person.

On the 8th of March, 2023, Chelsea OSAWAMICK attended a retailer in the Four Corners area where she selected high priced items.  When employees attempted to prevent her leaving, OSAWAMICK assaulted the staff by hitting them with her fists.  OSAWAMICK then left the retailer with some items.

At the time of both incidents, OSAWAMICK was on a release order.  Chelsea OSAWAMICK has additional charges before the courts and a pending warrant. Chelsea OSAWAMICK is likely in the Greater Sudbury area.

On this date, the West Nipissing Ontario Provincial Police has an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Randy Allen ROGERS.

On the 15th of July, 2021, Randy Allen ROGERS was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery and several other offences.  At the time of the offence, he was on a release order.  By being party to this offence, ROGERS did breach his conditions.

Randy Allen ROGERS does have numerous serious Criminal Code charges before the courts.

Randy Allen ROGERS is believed to be in the Sudbury area.   

On the 9th of September, 2022, Vincent Justin BURY was seen to be in possession of a stolen vehicle.  At the time of the offence, he was on Probation and was on a release order.  By being party to this offence, BURY did breach court imposed conditions. Also on three other occasions between the 1st of September 2022 and 29th of October 2022, BURY was found to be in breach of court imposed conditions.

Vincent Justin BURY does have numerous serious criminal code driving offences and Highway Traffic Act charges before the courts.

Vincent Justin BURY is believed to be in the Sudbury area.   

On this date, the Greater Sudbury Police Service has an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Tiffany BLANCHETTE.

On the 15th day of January and the 8 day of February 2023, Tiffany BLANCHETTE did fail to comply with the conditions as specified in her Release Order issued by the courts.   BLANCHETTE has serious outstanding charges that are firearm related before the courts.

Tiffany BLANCHETTE is believed to be in the Sudbury area.   

On this date, the Greater Sudbury Police Service has an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Jason Laro.

It is alleged that on January 8th, 2023, Jason Laro was driving impaired at high speeds throughout the city with no concern for public safety. Moments later, the vehicle was found unoccupied and police observed Jason starting another vehicle. When he spoke with officers he showed signs of impairment and provided a false name. He then drove off causing the officer to jump out of the way to avoid being struck and narrowly missing the parked cruiser.

Jason Laro does have other outstanding charges before the courts and is believed to be in the Greater Sudbury Area. Police are advising not to approach this party but to call with information.

Greater Sudbury Police Service is looking for information on the location of Tyler THRONES who is wanted for an alleged Attempt murder.

In the days leading to April, Tyler THRONES and other parties did formulate a plan and acted on the plan to commit murder.  Other parties have been arrested in regard to this incident.

THRONES’ whereabouts are unknown and a Canada Wide Warrant has been issued.

It is alleged that on the 6th of August and the 11th of September, 2019, Darnell PELTIER failed to comply with court ordered conditions.

Darnell PELTIER`s whereabouts are unknown at this time.

On this date, the Greater Sudbury Police Service has an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Jennifer EDWARDS.

It is alleged on April 2nd and 9th, Jennifer EDWARDS failed to comply with court ordered conditions.

Jennifer EDWARDS is known to be in the City of Greater Sudbury area.

It is alleged that on the 14th of February, 2018, Matthew GAGNON did breach a Court ordered condition stemming from child pornography charges.

GAGNON’s whereabouts are unknown.

On the 26th of September 2018, the Greater Sudbury Police Service has outstanding warrants for the arrest of James-Douglas Kettley.

It is alleged that on August 29th and September 12th James-Douglas Kettley did breach court ordered conditions.

Kettley is believed to be in the City of Greater Sudbury.

On the  of July 2018, the Greater Sudbury Police Service has outstanding warrants for the arrest of Steven Rivers.

It is alleged that on September 1st 2017, Steven Rivers did use a stolen credit card and did commit fraud by making the purchase. 

It is alleged that on December 4th 2017, Steven Rivers did attend a retailer on Lorne St and did steal merchandise.

Rivers is known to be in the City of Greater Sudbury.

The Greater Sudbury Police Service has outstanding warrants for the arrest of Wesley James Stewart.  

It is alleged that on April 28th, Wesley James Stewart committed the offence of theft at a residence located in the west end of Sudbury.   

At the time of the incident, Wesley James Stewart was on a court ordered conditions.

Stewart is known to be in the City of Greater Sudbury.
